Retail BC is proud to offer training for retailers throughout the province.  We are constantly looking to fill the gaps in retail training, so please let us know if you have any suggestions or training ideas.

PEAK:

The PEAK program offers retailers the opportunity to get trained personally, and to train their staff.  With training sessions taking place throughout the province, there is the opportunity to connect with other retailers in your area by taking outside courses, however through the PEAK program there is also the opportunity to bring trainers in house and customize the courses to fit the needs of your business. 

Take Care Program:

The Take Care Certificate program is an online service offered through Retail BC's website that will enable you and your staff to be trained on retail workplace safety issues.  This brief online program is free and will enable you and your staff to be better prepared in the event of an emergency.
